Coronavirus Update

March 31, 2021

Due to the Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak, the elevated travel restrictions, government advisements, and to ensure the safety of our guests, go-today is temporarily suspending all operations for travel departing through May 15, 2021. The United States government continues to advise against international travel and foreign countries continue to keep their borders closed to leisure travelers.

Go-today will waive our fees and penalties and provide a future travel credit for the value of the trip less any non-refundable fees or penalties incurred by go-today with respect to payments to third party suppliers for your trip (airlines, hotels, sightseeing, etc.). We are working with these parties to reduce or eliminate these fees on your behalf to provide the maximum future travel credit value.

This credit may be used by the lead passenger (and guests) on any future go-today vacation with a departure date on or before May 15, 2023. An email statement reflecting the value of the future travel credit and additional terms will be sent to you prior to your original departure date.

Due to the high call volume, please be patient as our first priority is to assist those customers with immediate departures.

As a reminder, this situation is fluid and changing daily so we greatly appreciate your patience and understanding.

All booked travel scheduled to depart May 16, 2021 and later is subject to our normal terms and conditions. We recommend delaying any decision to cancel or change these itineraries until closer to departure date.
