Take part in an authentic way to experience the arctic wilderness and culture. After the reindeer farmer picks you up at the resort and takes you to the farm, you will be provided with thermal outfits and have a chance to pose with the reindeer. You will sit comfortably in the sledge under warm blankets as the reindeer set off into the wilderness one following the other. Breathe in the fresh air and listen to the sound of the reindeer's hooves against the snow amid nature's silence. We will stop to stretch approximately halfway through the ride. At the conclusion of the ride, enjoy delicious soup in a traditional reindeer herder's home, a Kota, and imagine life as a Sami living in the Lapland as you listen to stories about the herder's life.
