Shared Tour: Full Day Pompeii and Vesuvius Tour from Naples

The tour will take you through some of the ancient streets of Pompeii where you can see the baths, forums and villas built by the prosperous Romans in the year 80 BC. Marvel at the fabulously preserved frescoes of the Lupanare. Even if your interests do not lie in history, you will still be incredibly impressed by this massive archaeological site. Some of the sites you may be able to visit include: the Macellum, Basilica, thermal baths and House of Faun. The driver will take you part way up Vesuvius from where you can walk to the top to see the crater.
This excursion includes the use of headsets that will be given out by the guides on the coach during the journey to Pompeii.

This tour is provided on a reserved basis prior to departure. Passengers must contact the local sightseeing company upon arrival to reconfirm their tour.

Additional Information:
Handbags, backpacks and cases larger than 11.5 x 11.5 x 5.75 inches are not allowed inside the Pompeii excavations. We suggest to wear comfortable shoes to climb to the crater.
Tour not advised for people with motion difficulties and cardiovascular problems.
A live guide will be provided if the tour group size reaches 6 or more participants. Audioguides will be provided for groups of 5 or under.
