The course will start with harvesting basil from the owner's vegetable garden and by picking the ingredients. Learn how to make traditional pesto sauce with the use of a mortar plus learn about its history and ingredients. Once finished, you will taste your results on a bruschetta (toasted bread) together with a glass of local wine.
This tour is provided on a reserved basis prior to departure. Passengers must contact the local sightseeing company upon arrival to reconfirm their tour.
