    Vacation Reviews

This was a trip of a lifetime! We saw so many sides of Vietnam -- cultural, historical, economical and really came to know the country through our three excellent guides, who pampered us with their attention and surprised us with their incredible knowledge. Starting at the Tomb of Ho Chi Minh and ending with the boats meandering on the Mekong Delta, our trip took us through ancient tombs and small handicraft villages, as well as the motor-bike-filled streets of Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City. We treasured our time on this incredible excursion to a unique land.
Review Provided by: Richard and Tina Grefrath who traveled on 3/1/2008
Got off to a start over pricing, but a great vacation. Private tour with great drivers & tour guides, although their english could have been better. Hotels had the best locations and the meals and tours were first class. Even the street vendors were polite and left you alone when you said NO! Our only problem was the Palace Hotel in Saigon, there is a Disco on the second floor which starts at 8:00pm& goes to 2:00am the bass pulsates thru the top floor 11th every night. Party or Sucide or your your only chocices. The staff over the years have learn to lie with a straight face. Had to threaten bodly harm to manger to be moved to a higher (3rd floor on arrival). Avoid this hotel and have a trip of a lifetime!
