Description
Fiumicino shuttle service operates daily year round.
Use for flights leaving earlier than 10:00am. Earliest pick-up is at 4:30 am. Late pickups available until 11:00 pm.
Pick-up for return journey to the airport will be at least one hour before the check-in time, minimum three hours before flight departure.
Passengers must be at their hotel's reception area at least 5 minutes before scheduled pick-up time.
Notes
This is not a private transfer; there may be other stops on the way to the airport.
Last pickup from the hotels on December 31 will be between 6:30 pm and 6:55 pm.
First pick up from the hotels on January 1 will be at 8:30 am

Terminal B (European flights) Desk open daily from 7am-10:45pm
Terminal C (Int'l flights) Desk open daily from 9am-6pm (closed 1p-2p)
Nonrefundable and nonchangeable once paid in full.
Luggage restrictions on shared transfers
Shared transfers can accommodate only two bags per person. Please advise of excess luggage, wheelchairs, bicycles, or any other special requirements so that a suitable vehicle may be arranged (at additional cost). The transfer company has the right to refuse to transfer passengers with excess luggage if it has not been notified in advance.
