Transfer from your hotel in Paris to Charles de Gaulle Airport via shared minivan. Please call the vendor 24hours prior to your departure to verify your meeting time has not changed. Please be in your hotel lobby ready to leave at least 15 minutes prior to the pick up time noted above.
Must give driver terminal number for your flight's departure.
Pickup hours are generally between 4 am and 10 pm.
Rates are 15% higher for transfers before 6:00am and after 8:00pm, affecting flights before 10:00 am as transfer company sometimes picks up passengers over three hours in advance of departure.
Luggage restrictions on shared transfers
Shared transfers can accommodate only two bags per person. Please advise of excess luggage, wheelchairs, bicycles, or any other special requirements so that a suitable vehicle may be arranged (at additional cost). The transfer company has the right to refuse to transfer passengers with excess luggage if it has not been notified in advance.
Nonrefundable and nonchangeable once paid in full.
