ZZ LGW Departure Transfer:

Description
Transfer from your hotel to London's Gatwick airport via minibus and the Gatwick Express train. A Minibus staff member will meet and escort you and other passengers to Victoria Station, making stops along the way. You will then be escorted to the Gatwick Express platform and helped onto the waiting train. Upon arrival in London, please contact the Minibus service 48 hours prior to departure to re-confirm your hotel pickup time. This is a one way minibus transfer to London's Gatwick airport.

• Non refundable if not used.
  
• If departure flight departs before 9:00 am - cannot use this service. First transfer from a hotel is at 5:00 am; last transfer from a hotel is at 4:00 pm (3:00 pm between November 2007 and February 2008)


• There will be no service available on Christmas Day.


• Surcharge of 100% on Boxing Day (December 26) and New Year's Day.

March 1 to October 31 HOTEL TO GATWICK

Hourly from 5:00am to 4:00pm inclusive. For flights leaving before 9:00am or after 8:00pm, you must use a private transfer.
November 1 to February 28 HOTEL TO GATWICK

Hourly from 5:00am to 3:00pm inclusive. For flights leaving before 9:00am or after 7:00pm, you must use a private transfer.

Notes
Please note: All luggage is carried at passengers own risk and the Company reserves the right at any time to refuse to carry unusually heavy or bulky luggage wherein the opinion of the company, its staff or agents there is insufficient accommodation for such articles or their loading and unloading may cause delay to vehicles. This right may be exercised notwithstanding that the article has previously been carried or accepted. Excess baggage may be charged.
