Description
Transfer from your hotel to London's Heathrow airport via minibus. A Minibus staff member will meet and escort you and other passengers to London's Heathrow airport making stops along the way. All National Express dot2dot Mini buses are air conditioned, 14 Seat Mini buses. Upon departure from London, please contact the Minibus service 48 hours prior to departure to re-confirm your hotel pickup time. This is a one way minibus transfer to London's Heathrow airport.
PLEASE NOTE:
- Non refundable if not used.
- Minibuses connect to every flight.
- There will be no service on Christmas Day.
- There will be a 100% surcharge on Boxing Day (December 26) and New Year's Day.

Hourly from 4:00am to 6:00pm inclusive. For flights leaving before 8:00am or after 10:00pm, you must use a private transfer.

Please note: All luggage is carried at passengers own risk and the Company reserves the right at any time to refuse to carry unusually heavy or bulky luggage wherein the opinion of the company, its staff or agents there is insufficient accommodation for such articles or their loading and unloading may cause delay to vehicles. This right may be exercised notwithstanding that the article has previously been carried or accepted. Excess baggage may be charged.

Luggage restrictions on shared transfers
Shared transfers can accommodate only two bags per person. Please advise of excess luggage, wheelchairs, bicycles, or any other special requirements so that a suitable vehicle may be arranged (at additional cost). The transfer company has the right to refuse to transfer passengers with excess luggage if it has not been notified in advance.
