Hours: Open weekdays from 9:30 am to 5:30 pm. Weekends and school holidays: open 9:00 am to 6:00 pm. Tickets are queue jumpers; use fast entry track as regular lines can be very long!
Blackout dates: Closed Christmas Day.
Duration: A full trip through Madame Tussauds, including Chamber Live and the Star Dome, takes approximately two hours.
Child discount: Applies for children under 16. Under 5 are free.
Note: Chamber Live is not suitable for children under 12, pregnant women or persons with heart conditions.
