Rio is a very exciting city and we had an excellent experience. This is the 3rd trip we've taken with go-today.com and everything was just as advertised. Our hotel was the Rio Copa and while not a luxury hotel, it was clean, convenient and the staff treated us well. The breakfast bar was extensive. We were picked up from and transported back to the airport by a knowledgeable English speaking guide. We also purchased side trips to Sugar Loaf, the Christ Statue, a tropical island beach tour and a night club show. WE were very pleased and will continue to book future trips with go-today.com.

This was my first experience booking a vacation package with go-today.com and I must say I was very pleased with the level of service we received. I have not previously used an internet only travel agency so I was a little apprehensive at first to do so. The great prices attracted me and after the trip was booked, I had excellent and thorough personal telephone service from the folks at go-today.com. The hotel we chose was the Luxor Regente with an oceanfront room and it was very spacious. In fact the hotel had undergone a recent major renovation and was most comfortable and modern. The staff was excellent at the hotel and was one of the very few Copacabana hotels with a large front doorman staff (always 2-3 doormen)to ensure service upon entering and leaving the hotel. It added to the personal touch as well as ensuring safety during the late evenings and nights. In our walks up and down Copacabana Beach we didn't see that same level of staffing at the entrances to most of the beachfront hotels. We did several packaged tours with this Rio trip and were totally satisfied. I would also strongly recommend the transfers as our English speaking guide was there to pick us up at the airport and help us check into the hotel as well as give us tips from a local about what to see and do as well as some to avoid. It was priceless! Upon our departure, he was there to take us back at the agreed upon time. So much better than a bus or taxi transfer. I will certainly use go-today.com again! Wow! What a city. This was my 7th trip with go-today.com! The service you receive due to go-today.com from the moment you get off the plane is fantastic. We had a personal representative waiting for us at the airport who brought us to this beautiful hotel right on the Copacabana Beach. The rooms were huge! The hotel staff very pleasant and willing to help with all your needs! With the $ value at an all time high there you couldn't find a better bargain. Every night was a wonderful craft market right on the beach! The tour included to Sugarloaf was excellent and we were also able to hire a drive and a private boat very reasonably to visit the Grand Island. The day tour to Petropolis is also worth it if you are into history. If you love to lay in the sun, shop, love history or want to see a real jungle, this is a must! Thanks again go-today.com.
