It was phenomenal! Japan was, of course, amazing but I was as impressed with Go Today's service. I have already begun recommending this website to everybody I know. The initial leg of our flight was delayed leaving the United States so we missed our connection to Japan. Unfortunately, it is a once a day flight so we were forced to leave for our vacation a day late. I called Go Today to see if there was anything they could do to extend our trip so that we would have the same amount of time in Japan. I fully expected to hear "No" or "All Sales are Final". Go Today was unbelievably accommodating, though. They agreed to try to adjust our hotel and mid-week train reservations if we could adjust our flight with the airline. The airline changed our return flight for a small fee and Go Today took care of the rest with no additional fee. In the end, although our initial flight was delayed by an entire day, the length of our vacation and the amount of time in each city remained the same. I am a Go Today fan for life! There are so much to see in both places there is just not enough time to go everywhere within 2-3 days. I suggest booking extra nights of hotel. Getting around is incredibly easy and the natives are very friendly. I look forward to going back very soon.
