Description
Get to know traditional Holland. This guided excursion by bus takes you to the famous Zaanse Schans (the village with its windmills, wooden houses and old fashioned little shops) for a visit to the wooden shoe factory, to the famous fishing villages Marken and Volendam and to a cheese factory where the cheese is still made the traditional way.

Notes

Sightseeing Details: This tour is provided on an Open Voucher basis. Passengers must contact the local sightseeing company on arrival to the destination to arrange the tour.

Year Round Operates daily at 9:30am and 2:30pm - this tour will not visit Marken and spend more time at the windmill village and Volendam.

Blackout dates: Tour does not operate Christmas Day or New Year's Day.

Meeting point: Sightseeing tour starts at Lindbergh Tour offices at Damrak 26 (a 3 minutes walk from central station). Hotel pickups may be arranged; these take place between 8:40 am and 9:30 am, and between 1:05 pm and 1:45 pm.

Ending point: Tour office in city center.

Child discount: Applies to children ages 4-13; children 0-3 are free.

Note: Tour guides are multi-lingual and the tour may be conducted in other languages as well as in English.
