Transfer from Rio de Janeiro (hotel or airport) to your Buzios hotel by shared vehicle. Exact pick-up time will be advised one day before departure. This is a one-way transfer and may include multiple stops before arrival to your hotel.

Notes
This shared vehicle transfer from Rio de Janeiro to Buzios is provided with a driver who only speaks Portuguese; a guide is not included.
Rio de Janeiro airport pick-up (GIG only) is available from 08:00am to 09:00pm. You will be met by the driver holding a sign bearing your name once you have departed the customs area. IMPORTANT - you may have to wait up to one hour for departure from the airport as the driver collects all passengers.
Hotel in Rio to Buzios: pick up between 07:00am to 08:00am from hotels located in Leblon, Ipanema or Copacabana. You will receive a fax at your hotel a day before with the exact time of departure. You are requested to be prepared and waiting at the reception of your hotel 15 minutes prior to that time.
Christmas and New Year period - transfer will work with a special schedule as follows:
December 24 and 31:
last transfer from GIG Airport to Buzios at 03:00pm
last transfer from Buzios to Rio at 08:30am
December 25 and January 01:
transfer from GIG Airport to Buzios at 11:00am and 03:00pm
transfer from Buzios to Rio at 08:30am and 12:00pm
Luggage Restrictions for Transfers:
One average suitcase and one carry-on bag per person is acceptable. Any extra or overweight luggage may be subject to an additional fee charged locally to the passenger.
