Description Meet your English speaking guide in the morning at the designated hotel. The tour starts with the lively Piazza Santa Maria Novella. At this beautiful Dominican Church you can appreciate the great masterpieces such as Brunelleschi's crucifix and Masaccio's Trinity. We then proceed through the quaint little square of the Croce dei Trebbio and along the elegant Via Tornabuoni to reach the Palazzo Strozzi. A little further along the way we come to Palazzo Davanzati and the 14th century Palagio di parte Guelfa by Brunelleschi. The next stop is the Ponte Vecchio, the jewelers bridge, one of the symbols of Florence. We then pass through the Piazzale degli Uffizi to enter Piazza della Signoria, a splendid open air museum overlooking the famous and imposing Palazzo Vecchio. A guided visit to the famous Uffizi Gallery, where you can admire the superb paintings of Botticelli, Michelangelo, Leonardo da Vinci, Raffaello, Giotto, Cimabue and Masaccio. At the end of the tour return back to the hotel.
