Description
This tour shows you the most interesting sights of Zurich and its surroundings. We start with a city tour of Zurich and show you part of the Old Town, Fraumunster Church with its famous Chagall windows, the commercial center and university district. Along the Hohenstrasse that offers spectacular views into the Alps, we drive to Rapperswil, the city of the Roses, situated at the shore of Lake Zurich, with its unique attractions for visitors - the rose gardens, the castle, the deer park on the Lindenhof and the picturesque Old Town. Enjoy a two-hour cruise on Lake Zurich (unescorted). On board you will find a restaurant. First possible boat is scheduled to arrive at 3:15pm at Zurich Burkliplatz Pier.

Sightseeing Details: This tour is provided on an Open Voucher basis. Passengers must contact the local sightseeing companies on arrival to arrange the included tour.
Operates: daily, year round.
Meeting point: Departs 11 am from bus terminal Sihlquai (behind Zurich main train station). Clients are requested to take their seats 10 minutes prior to departure time.
April 5, 2009 - October 18, 2009: combines coach and cruise.
During the winter (Nov-Mar) when no boats operate, the return to Zurich will be by "Gold Coast Express" (modern train).
