Terms and Conditions

Valid only up to 48 hours from the date of booking.
Valid only for air-inclusive purchases.
Price will only be matched to another online travel retail package.
Package must have identical inclusions and travel components (that are confirmed) as those purchased from go-today.com:

• Airline tickets - must be the same airline and travel dates, and the same flight itinerary which includes routing, passenger type, and class of service.
• Hotel Accommodation - must be the same hotel for the same dates with the same room type and category. It must also include the hotel taxes and service charges, and continental breakfast daily.
• Car Rental - must be the same car model and category for the same rental dates and duration, with the same pick-up/drop-off locations and transmission. It must also include local taxes and collision damage waiver (Theft Protection for Italy rentals).
• Rail Transportation - must be the same rail pass or point to point rail ticket, for the same dates with the same itineray which includes routing, passenger type, and class of service.

To submit your proof of a lower quote, email us and include the company name, email, phone number, and each component with the price, travel date, and confirmed status.
Your request will be reviewed within 48 hours, and you will be contacted by email.
