Payment will be charged within 24 hours of submitting your travel request. All packages and products are completely non-refundable and non-changeable for any reason including but not limited to: illness, injury, flight itinerary, employment, threat of actual war or terrorism, passenger perceived threat of war or terrorism, failure to review your itinerary online, or flight delays. We recommend purchasing travel insurance.

No-shows or missed services by any or all passengers are non-refundable.

If the hotel you request is not available an alternate hotel will be confirmed. The price of your package may increase or decrease based on the alternate hotel go-today.com is able to confirm for your requested travel dates. You must decline the alternate hotel within 24 hours or we assume you accept the alternate hotel and the adjusted price of your package. Your credit card will be charged the full payment amount after 24 hours of notification of the alternate hotel.

If the flight you request is not available an alternate flight will be confirmed. The price of your package may increase based on the alternate flight go-today.com is able to confirm for your requested travel dates. If the supplement to the booking is $50 or less per person, the booking will be charged after two attempts have been made to contact you. The package price is shown with the lowest cost flight; the package price will not decrease.

If alternative dates are confirmed, you must accept the new price within 24 business hours or the booking will be cancelled.

It is the sole responsibility of the passenger to acquire the necessary passport and travel visas required for your destination. It is the sole responsibility of all passengers to submit travel requests with the correct passport names. Failure to do so may result in flight delays and penalties. The passengers are financially responsible for such penalties and all costs incurred due to incorrect passport names.

go-today.com reserves the right to adjust prices as a result of increases in government-imposed taxes, airline imposed fees, and data entry and website errors.

Your booking is governed by the laws of the State of Washington and is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the State and Federal Courts located in King County, Washington. The booking confirmation and these Terms and Conditions represent the entire agreement between go-today.com and all passengers. You confirm that you have not entered into this contract with go-today.com on the basis of any representation not expressly incorporated into these documents. The sole and exclusive forum for any legal claims you may make against go-today.com shall be the United States District Court for the Western District of Washington in Seattle.
