What documents will I receive?
Depending on what your package includes, documents may consist of paper air tickets or air itinerary and e-ticket receipt, hotel vouchers, sightseeing vouchers, car rental voucher, rail tickets, and/or vouchers for other services you have purchased. Documents for an Escorted Tour may be issued upon arrival at your destination directly from the local tour provider.
When will my documents be sent?
Documents are typically sent 2-3 weeks prior to departure date. If you do not receive your tickets within 2 weeks of your departure date, please contact us immediately.
How do I recharge my EKit Phone Card?
What is an e-ticket?
An e-ticket is an electronic airline ticket. Using an e-ticket is just like using a normal airline ticket. You still must present your passport at check-in, usually accompanied by a second form of identification and your passenger receipt. Not every go-today.com package is available with e-tickets.
Do I need a passport or visa?
For U.S. citizens, a valid passport is usually the only documentation required. Visa requirements do change without notice and vary by nationality. Please check with the consulate office of the destination country as to visa requirements. Please also make sure the spelling of your name on your tickets matches the spelling of your name on your passport. It is the sole responsibility of each passenger to obtain the necessary documents for travel, including passports and visas. Click here for more information.
Do I need a credit card to travel?
Hotels and car rental companies require a credit card at the time of check-in/pick-up. In the event you do not have a valid credit card, a cash deposit will be requested. The amount of this deposit varies depending on the hotel/car rental company; however, it can be as much as $500. Aside from deposits, a credit card can be very useful in the event of an emergency. We strongly recommend that you travel with a valid credit card.
How will my documents be shipped?
We offer 3 types of handling service:
Standard Handling: The Standard Handling fee is $12. Signature may be required at time of delivery for Standard Handling depending on what form of delivery method we determine to use. No PO Boxes.
Expedited Handling: The Expedited Handling fee is $32 and applies to bookings departing from the U.S. within 7 days from the day the booking is paid in full. Or, you may choose this option if you request your Documents are handled in an expedited manner. Documents are issued after all services are confirmed. Signature is required at time of delivery. No PO Boxes.
International Handling: The Handling fee for customers living outside the U.S. is $40. Documents are issued International Priority after all services are confirmed. Signature is required at time of delivery. No PO Boxes.
My documents arrived and I am missing some items, what should I do?

I lost my airline ticket, what should I do?
Please have your booking number ready and call us immediately at (800) 227-3235. Normally you have to contact the airline and tell them about your lost ticket. You will need to repurchase your ticket and the airline will refund you for your lost ticket. The refund process usually takes 6 months as long as the lost ticket is not used.
