Do I have to provide a credit card at the time of reservation?
By entering your credit card and submitting your request you are requesting non-refundable travel reservations, agreeing to all Terms and Conditions, and guaranteeing full payment. No reservation will be processed without complete credit card information. Charges will not be processed to your credit card until the requested services are confirmed.
Do I have to submit my credit card details over the internet?
Go-today.com hosts a secure environment for submitting credit card details via the internet using SSL Secure Sockets Layer Technology. Reservation requests will not be processed without credit card. If you are still uncomfortable submitting your credit card details online, please call us at (800) 227-3235 and we can take your payment over the telephone.
When will my credit card be charged?
Full payment will be processed approximately 24 hours after all services are confirmed. Once processed, your reservation and the payment are non-refundable and non-changeable.
What forms of payment do you accept?
For your convenience, go-today.com accepts Electronic Checks and the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. We can also accept Cashier Checks on telephone orders.
Do you accept debit cards?
Yes, we do accept debit cards. Even though your debit card may display a credit card logo such as Visa or Mastercard, it is treated differently by your bank. The debit card will have a daily limit that may not cover the cost of your purchase. We will process your booking on your debit card; if the transaction is declined by your back, you will recieve and email from us asking for bank account information in order for us to process an Electronic Check Payment.
What information will I need to make a payment by electronic check?
If you have a U.S. bank account, you can pay online without having to mail in a physical check. This option is only available if your departure date is greater than 30 days from the payment processing date. The option to "Pay by electronic check" will be presented as a payment option during the checkout process.
In order to pay directly from your bank account, you'll need to provide us with your bank account number and bank routing number. You will find both of these numbers on the checks issued for your account.
Routing numbers are always 9 digits long. Account numbers may be up to 17 digits long. Some banks list the routing number first on the check, while other banks list the account number first.

What are the advantages of Electronic Check Payment?
Electronic check payments debit funds directly from your bank account allowing you a debt-free transaction without credit card finance charges. In addition, unlike credit cards, your bank account won't expire. go-today.com also benefits from electronic check payments because it lowers our costs. Once more customers use electronic checks, we will be able to pass along the savings to you with lower prices.
If I use the electronic check payment option, When will you debit my bank account?
Your bank account will be debited as soon as your travel requests are confirmed.
What happens if there are insufficient funds in my bank account?
We will make two attempts to debit your account; after two attempts, if you are unable to resolve the matter with your bank, you will be asked to pay by credit card or send a cashiers check via overnight delivery with tracking number.
What happens if there is an error?
Government and banking industry regulations require you to notify your bank of errors within 60 days of receiving your bank statement. Contact your bank for their procedures. Your bank is then responsible for reviewing the error.
Can I use someone else's credit card to pay for my trip?
When submitting your payment online, the credit card holder must be one of the passengers. Also note that your name must match the name on your passport. If someone other than a passenger is paying for the trip, we will ask the cardholder to fill out and fax in our credit card payment form to (425) 487-2561.
How can I tell if my payment has been processed?
You can view your reservation online by clicking My Vacation at the top left of every page. Once the payment has been processed, the balance will show as zero.

Does go-today.com have a security and privacy policy?
Can I add Travel Extras to my vacation package after I have booked?
Yes, you can. Call us at (800) 227-3235. If you prefer you may email us as well. Or if you like, you can make a separate booking for your travel extras.
Can I add Travel Insurance to my vacation package after I have booked?
Travel Guard requires that the insurance premium be paid at time of booking. Please call us at (800) 227-3235 and we can check to see if it can be added.
Can I change my reservation once it's confirmed?
Should you discover a mistake on your reservation, please contact us immediately at (800) 227-3235 or by email. Regretfully we are not able to make some changes to a reservation without charging a fee once the booking has been confirmed. Please verify all your information prior to submitting your reservation.
Can I cancel my reservation once it has been submitted?
Should you have to cancel your reservation contact us immediately at (800) 227-3235 or by email. Regretfully our reservations are non-refundable once they have been submitted. We do offer trip cancellation insurance and encourage you to purchase it for unseen events that could arise. Without trip cancellation insurance your reservation is non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to: cancellation due to illness or death of self or family members, changes in travel plans, flight delays, early check out of hotel or any unused portion of the package booked. Please review the details of our insurance before booking. We strongly recommend that you purchase insurance with your package. You cannot add insurance after a reservation is confirmed.
