Can I make a reservation over the telephone?
Yes, call us at (800) 227-3235 Monday through Friday 6:00a.m. - 7:00p.m. and 7:30a.m. to 4:00p.m. Saturday and Sunday (Pacific Time). Reservations will not be processed without a credit card; however we will be happy to give you a free quote.
How can I customize a vacation?
While you are pricing your vacation package online you may come across several ways to customize your vacation.
1. Upgrade Options: If available we will offer you the chance to upgrade components of your vacation package.
2. Optional Travel Extras: We will recommend our most popular Travel Extras for you to add to your vacation package; including sightseeing, theater and much more!
3. Extending Your Stay: You may extend your hotel, car rental, and/or return flight to maximize your vacation.
4. Book Multiple Vacations: If you are traveling with another party you may add more than one vacation package to your shopping cart.

What is a Promotion Code?
From time to time, go-today.com will issue promotion codes that can be used for discounts on your vacation. We offer these to repeat customers and for special promotions.
How do I use my promotion code?
When booking your vacation online you will be prompted to enter in your promotion code and the updated price will clearly be displayed to you on the next page. If you are booking over the phone please make sure to tell the reservation agent your promotion code. If you feel your promotion code did not work properly, please call us at (800) 227-3235.
What is the minimum lead-time required for travel?
Although our name might suggest otherwise, we do need a lead-time of 3 business days prior to departure to process your request. Packages including airfare, car rental, rail, and/or hotel will require enough time to confirm all segments and get the documents to you prior to departure.
When is my reservation confirmed?
You will be notified by email within 24 business hours that your request has been processed. Alternatively, you can view the status of your reservations online by using our My Vacation feature. Your request is processed based on availability of the airfare used and hotel requested. Some hotels do take at least 24-48 hours to confirm once your request is processed. Please note, due to our low prices space is limited so second and third choices for hotels and/or travel dates is highly recommended. Should the dates or hotel requested not be available our best is done to offer the nearest available alternate.

We can help you with problems and can also make the reservation for you. Many of your questions can be answered here in the FAQ section of our web site. However if you have additional questions you may call or send them to us via email.
What if I have questions after I've booked?
Upon confirmation, our Reservation's department is available to assist you by phone Monday through Friday 6:00a.m. - 7:00p.m. and 7:30a.m. to 4:00p.m. Saturday and Sunday (Pacific Time) before, during or after your trip. Or you can send an email anytime. Should you have any questions during your trip regarding your hotel you can contact one of our representatives at the number provided in your documents.
