This drawing is open to new Vacation Deals email subscribers only. You must be a United States resident considered an adult in your state of residence. Employees of First Choice Holidays PLC and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter. This drawing is void where prohibited.
Qualified persons may enter the drawing between April 15 and October 15, 2006. All information gathered in this drawing will follow the standards of go-today.com’s privacy policy.
Qualified persons may enter one entry per email address. A correct email address, registered in the contestant’s name, must be used in order to be eligible to win the contest. The potential winner may be obligated to provide proof of being the email account holder. Go-today.com and its associates are not responsible for the entry of information, and any possible errors or inaccuracies that may occur including: internet connection failures, technical errors, human errors, or any other error both technical and human.
The winner will be selected following the gathering of entries from April 15 – October 15, 2006. The winner will be selected and notified by the email address provided within seven (7) days of the drawing's end. The winner will have seven (7) days to redeem their prize. Should the prize not be claimed in seven (7) days, an alternate winner will be selected. The odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries for the drawing received.
The winner will receive two (2) roundtrip tickets, from New York to Rome, and four (4) nights at a hotel to be selected by go-today.com. Travel must be used between January 2007 and March 2007. Blackout dates apply. The winner and their one (1) guest will be responsible for acquiring all necessary documents to travel abroad. Go-today.com will not reimburse the winner, or their guest, for any expenses acquired in obtaining necessary documents.
This prize is nontransferable and cannot be sold. Frequent flyer miles cannot be gained through this prize. Airline tickets and hotel reservations cannot be changed once selected, including but not limited to changing travel dates, passenger names, or flight times.
The winner and their selected guest are responsible for all taxes, including but not limited to airport security taxes (including the September 11th security fee), federal, state, and local taxes related to either the flight and/or hotel.
By entering this drawing you are agreeing to release and hold First Choice Holidays PLC, its subsidiaries, employees, and shareholders harmless from any and all loses, damages, and claims of any kind connected to or resulting from this contest, including and without limitation to: injury, death, and property damage. Before a winner can receive the prize offered in this contest they must sign all releases and documents requested by go-today.com.
This drawing, and all promotions relating thereto, are subject to all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. This drawing, and any promotions relating thereto, including the interpretation of these Official Rules and Regulations, are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, and, by entering the drawing, each entrant submits to the personal jurisdiction of the State of Washington.
