Hi Catrina: I wanted to let you know how great all the arrangements were in Barcelona. The local guide "Jose" was really superior and all the guests really liked him. The motorcoaches were modern and spotless, and I really liked the H10 Hotel Universidad. The staff were extremely gracious and helpful, and the hotel had a fantastic location near the Place du Catalunya, and "The Ramblas" tourist area. Any other hotel in the future would be a let-down after this! Thanks for all the efforts and great arrangements - it made a very smooth start and pleasant end to our Mediterranean cruise!

Sarah: I received your voice mail earlier today. We had a GREAT time. Weather was 50 to 55 F degrees. Your hotel was quite a hit. The location is super. The staff was very, very accommodating. Breakfast was good. And, I had with my family the 2 triple rooms. And, am I glad I did that. They were huge and had big balconies that over looked the city. We walked and walked and walked. The cake came to the room. And, I shared with the other birthday “girls”. Thank you. That was my first introduction to an H 10 property. I knew many names but had not stayed, personally, in any of the hotels. Thank you for the recommendation. We hit January 6 and all of the celebrations. That was nice. Have you ever been to Barcelona? I have. Enjoyed the city more this time than any other stay. I will recommend the property to other agents in the office. Will also recommend Europe Express. You could not have been more accommodating. And the gift card was an extra nice touch. Have a great year !!!!
